Andrew & Lucy’s deeply evocative electro-acoustic compositions blend vivid field recordings with finely drawn electronics, kalimba and tuned percussion. Their signature sound is as melodic as it is bucolic, recalling the mesmerising expanses of Boards of Canada, as much as the tender inventiveness of Isan.

Based in London and Yorkshire respectively, Andrew and Lucy have spent the last decade developing and refining their approach. Despite the long distance nature of the project, they have nevertheless amassed a huge body of work, very little of which has so far seen the light of day. With a full length album now on the horizon, Heaven’s Lathe are thrilled to present this gorgeous debut single from an outstanding duo.
